2. Scope of Services

We design, manufacture, and/or deliver modular homes for residential or personal use within the UK. Our services may include:

Manufacturing

Delivery

Utility connection if ordered together with the product

3. Orders and Contracts

3.1 A contract is formed once both parties sign a formal agreement or when we confirm acceptance of your order in writing.

3.2 Any changes to the agreed design or specifications must be made in writing and sent by email to sales@easyboxpod.co.uk and may affect the overall cost and timeline.

3.3 All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 All prices are quoted in GBP and exclude VAT unless otherwise specified.

4.2 A typical payment structure is as follows (subject to your contract):

40% deposit

Remaining balance paid before the product leaves the factory. Easyboxpod LTD provides the customer proof (photos and/or video) that his products is manufactured before the balance is paid.

4.3 We accept payments by credit card or debit card (Except American Express) and bank transfers

4.4 Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate.

5. Planning Permission and Legal Compliance

5.1 It is your responsibility to secure any planning permissions, unless otherwise agreed.

5.2 We do not promise our products will pass UK building regulations.

6. Delivery and Installation

6.1 Delivery and installation timelines are estimates and subject to site conditions, weather, and third-party suppliers.

6.2 You must ensure the site is accessible and prepared according to agreed specifications before delivery.

6.3 We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including force majeure events.

6.4 We are not responsible to remove the threads/trash or extra material from the unpacking of the product from the premises 

7. Warranties and Liability

7.1 We provide a 2 year structural warranty and 5-year electronic warranty. For our business partners the warranty is valid for 1 year.

7.2 Warranty exclusions include:

a. Normal wear and tear

b. Damage due to misuse or neglect

c. Alterations or repairs not carried out by us

d. Any damages due to wrongly made slab, foundations. The slab has to be leveled and suitable to withstand the product weight.  

7.3 Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the total contract value, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

7.4 The warranty begins at the day of the acceptance of the product(s).

8. Cancellation and Termination

8.1 You may cancel your order within 14 days after the order date. All cancelations have to be made by email and sent to sales@easyboxpod.co.uk

8.2 After this period, cancellation charges may apply to cover design, materials, and manufacturing costs incurred. The full deposit will cover these expenses.

8.3 We may terminate the contract if you breach these Terms or fail to make payment.

8.4 If the client cancels the order without justification, the company leaves the right to cover its expenses from the amount received.

9. Intellectual Property

All plans, designs, and specifications remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or shared without our written consent.

10. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve disputes amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

12. GDPR data protection

We handle your personal data in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
